Eblens Point Race Series

For each race, 3, 2 & 1 points will be awarded to the first, second and third riders each lap. The first sprint will take place the second time past the finishing line. On the last lap, doublepoints will be awarded (6, 4 & 2). The winner of the race will be the rider with the most points for the day. In the event of a tie, placing on the last lap will determine final placings. Riders will remain in the same grade for the three races*. A prize of $100 will be awarded to the overall series winner in each grade. Should there be a tie, the winner will be determined by the number of first, second, or third at  the end of each race.

* 2 riders were allowed to change grades in 2011. The rider who went down a grade was asked not to compete for points (this was ignored) but points earned in the changed grade were not counted toward the overall tally.
